<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charger capable of achieving configuration simplification, high safety and high detection accuracy by obtaining required insulation in a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle charger includes GNDs of 3 systems of a minus-side potential (PLV) after diode bridge rectification of an AC power supply, a high-voltage battery GND of a vehicle (HV GND), and GND of a battery for vehicle control (control GND).
