<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pulse tool capable of preventing oil from leaking out of an oil pulse unit when used for a long period or used continuously. <P>SOLUTION: This oil pulse tool includes: the oil pulse unit 4 which is rotatingly driven by a motor and generates a hammering force utilizing a variation in the pressure of oil; and an output shaft 24. The oil pulse unit 4 includes: a rotatingly driven liner 21; a main shaft 24 installed in the liner 21 so as to be rotated relative to each other. A blade pressed onto the inner peripheral surface of the liner radially outward by a spring is disposed in a planar groove extending through the axis of the main shaft 24 so as to act with a high fluid pressure intermittently on one surface of the blade by rotating the liner 21 filled with the oil. An oil sump section 60 is formed between the liner 21 and the main shaft 24. A damper mechanism (a groove 61, an elastic body 62) for absorbing a variation in the pressure of the oil is provided to the oil sump section 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
