<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-water separating/collecting method capable of preventing the occurrence of local corrosion in the vicinity of an inlet of a heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-water separating/collecting method includes: a water addition process of adding to a gas 2 including a vapor mixture of acidic materials, water and oil, the water 6 of an amount required for forming a mixed fluid comprising three phases of gas 8-oil phase 4-water phase 5 after water addition; a condensation process of cooling the mixed fluid obtained by the water addition process by a heat exchanger 102 to obtain an oil-water mixture and non-condensed gas; a gas-liquid separation process of separating the oil-water mixture and non-condensed gas obtained by the condensation process into a gas portion and liquid portion; an oil-water separation process of separating the liquid portion obtained by the above gas-liquid separation process into an oil phase and water phase; and a recycling process of recycling and using a part of the water phase obtained by the oil-water separation process as at least a part of water to be added in the water addition process. The method can be applied to the distillation and refining of crude cumene 1 obtained by hydrogenation of cumyl alcohol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
