The present invention relates to a game server, system and method for enabling donations by growing items in a game, and more particularly, to a game server, system and method for enabling donation by growing items in a game wherein when a game player has grown an item to create a resulting item, said game player is enabled to donate the resulting item, and a game provider estimates the value of the result as an actual object and donates according to company policy when receiving a donation request from the game player. To this end, the game server for enabling donation by growing items of a game according to the present invention comprises: a level management unit which manages a character or the level of an item being grown in the game; a quest unit which provides a quest for changing the character or the level of the item being grown and for gaining and losing items; a result change unit which changes a final resulting item, which is obtained by upgrading the level of the item being grown, to an exchange item; and a donation request reception unit which updates a donation application database when receiving a donation request signal using the exchange item from a user terminal. Accordingly, the present invention stimulates the game players' enjoyment and interest in the act of donating through games, thereby making it possible to establish a more active and enjoyable culture of donation.
