Method for manufacturing fermented composition of livestocks' excrements using thermophilic aerobic bacteria and removal method of offensive ordor using fermented composition

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fermented material from livestock excrement using aerobic thermophiles is provided to eliminate bad odors emanating from the fermented material and to improve the convenience of an excrement collecting process. CONSTITUTION: Livestock excrement is collected at one side of a livestock barn. A moisture controller is added to the livestock excrements in order to control the moisture content of the livestock excrement in a range between 50 and 70 weight%. Thermophiles are applied to the livestock excrement and are stirred with the livestock excrement. The stirred livestock excrement is stacked on the bottom of the livestock barn. A fermenting process is implemented. The stacked material is turned over after a pre-set period. A secondary fermenting process is implemented.
