STACKABLE TRACKING SOLAR COLLECTOR ASSEMBLY A solar collector assembly (10) may include a frame (20) supporting a solar collector (22) and a frame member (24) defining a tilted pivot axis. Support struts 5 (70) may be used to elevate one end of the frame (20) and may be pivoted between an orientation generally parallel to the frame member (24) and to an orientation generally away from the frame. Anchorless, ballast type bases (28, 66) may be used to support the solar collector assembly (10). Several assemblies (10) may be stacked on top of one another in a storage or transportation configuration using spacers /a extending between the frames.
