PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a three-dimensional image flat panel display device with an electrostatic capacitance type touch screen panel incorporated without adding an extra step by using a plurality of first electrode patterns arranged in a flat panel display device and a plurality of barrier patterns arranged on an outer surface of the flat panel display device as electrodes of the touch screen panel.

SOLUTION: A three-dimensional flat panel display device 1 with a touch screen panel incorporated comprises: a first substrate 11 in which a plurality of pixels each including a thin film transistor TFT are formed; a plurality of first electrode patterns 70a arranged apart from each other with a predetermined interval in a first direction in accordance with the pixels; a second substrate 61 that faces the first substrate 11; and a plurality of barrier patterns 80a formed on an outer surface of the second substrate 61 and arranged apart from each other with a predetermined interval in a second direction that intersects with the first direction.
