PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person in charge of work with an access right to a property associated with a work instruction, when performing a management and maintenance of the property according to the work instruction.

SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a method for managing an access right of at least one property associated with at least one work instruction, at least one element (a first element) associated with the property, or at least one element (a second element) associated with an access route to the property or the first element; a system thereof; and a computer program.
