PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management device determining whether a vehicle to be reserved is a type of vehicle with a high use frequency.

SOLUTION: A reservation management device comprises: a reservation receiving unit for receiving a vehicle use reservation by a user; a storage unit for storing information concerning an operation method for each vehicle type of a vehicle and a use frequency of each vehicle type of each vehicle by the user; a determination unit for determining that the vehicle type has a high use frequency when the use frequency of the vehicle type of the vehicle reserved by the user at the reservation receiving unit is equal to or more than a predetermined frequency, and determining that the vehicle type has a low use frequency when the use frequency of the vehicle type of the vehicle reserved by the user at the reservation receiving unit is less than the predetermined frequency; and an operation method notification unit for, when the determination unit determines that the vehicle type of the vehicle reserved at the reservation receiving unit is a vehicle type with a low use frequency, notifying information concerning an operation method of the vehicle type of the vehicle reserved at the reservation receiving unit by extracting the operation method from the storage unit.
