<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel lid locking device which enables a fuel lid to be easily opened or closed without driving an electric actuator even when switching to the locked state although the fuel lid is opened. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel lid locking device 1, which locks or unlocks a fuel lid according to the tip position of a locking rod 9 moving accompanied by the drive of an electric actuator, includes a driven member 6, which is linearly moved between two positions corresponding to a locked state or an unlocked state, and a slide member 7, which is engaged, in a slidable manner within a prescribed range, to the driven member and by which the base end of the locking rod is supported. In the locked state where the fuel lid opens, when the fuel lid is closed, the slide member slides to the driven member to a retreat position where the locked state is unlocked by force received from the fuel lid through the locking rod. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
