<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact container that has no restraint in thickness and design, that can be made as a thin and square container, and that is highly airtight and is easy to open/close. <P>SOLUTION: A slide type compact container is configured such that a container body comprising a tray body and a lid body screwed on the tray body is slidably and movably stored in a bottom-less frame body having a top plate, left/right side walls and a rear wall and that, in a closed state of the lid body, an annular packing provided in the tray body and a tubular rib formed in the lid body are in contact with each other. Through an interaction between a fixing projection formed in two or more places on the outer face of the left/the right side walls of the tray body and a fixing projection formed in the inner face of the left/the right side walls of the frame body, the annular packing and the tubular rib are evenly in pressurized contact in the final stage in which the container body is press-fitted into the frame body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
