摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "an in-vehicle navigation device and a charging/discharging control method of an in-vehicle battery" which automatically plan and perform a charging/discharging schedule according to a power price or power demand. <P>SOLUTION: An in-vehicle navigation device of an electric vehicle is connected to a power network including a power distribution network and a communication network, and includes: a storage means 17 which stores a running history in which a charging/discharging place where the electric vehicle dropped in the past and arrival time and departure time of the electric vehicle in the charging/discharging place are accumulated and stores changing power price or power demand; and a control means 12 for controlling the storage means 17 and the in-vehicle battery 21. The control means extracts the charging/discharging place and the arrival time and the departure time in the charging/discharging place from the running history, and determines starting time and finishing time of charging/discharging of the in-vehicle battery according to the power price or the power demand during the time from the arrival time to the departure time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
