<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic measurement apparatus capable of collectively acquiring spectral data of both left-handed/counterclockwise and right-handed/clockwise circularly polarized light. <P>SOLUTION: A spectroscopic measurement apparatus includes: a circularly polarized light splitter (3, 4) for separating light of a measured target into two beams of left circularly polarized light and right circularly polarized light; a spectroscope (11) comprising a dispersion element for dispersing light incident on a slit and a two-dimensional CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) array for receiving the light dispersed by the dispersion element; optical fibers (6, 9) for guiding the left circularly polarized light and the right circularly polarized light; and a fiber condensing optical system (10) for condensing on the slit of the spectroscope (11) the two beams of the circularly polarized light emitted from the end faces at the emitting side of the optical fibers (6, 9). In the fiber condensing optical system (10), the end faces at the emitting side of the optical fibers (6, 9) are spaced in such a distance from each other that they have no mutual influence by the interference of the two beams of the circularly polarized light and the two beams of the circularly polarized light can be independently condensed on different positions on a light-receiving surface of the two-dimensional CCD array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
