PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct nucleic acid analysis techniques represented by the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method and isothermal amplification method, particularly to efficiently process different items for analysis.

SOLUTION: A plurality of temperature-regulating blocks 66 each of which is provided with a Peltier element 66b and a temperature sensor 66c serving as temperature regulating devices and which are provided in such a way as to not interfere with each other, each carry a reaction container 17 containing a reaction solution from a reaction solution preparation device for preparing the reaction solution by mixing a sample with a reagent. In accordance with a temperature-regulating control protocol serving as a temperature regulation method preset to correspond to the reaction solution contained in the reaction container 17 carried on each of the temperature-regulating blocks 66, the temperature regulations of the temperature-regulating blocks 66 are carried out independently and in parallel.
