<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-receiving lens arranging method which enables proper measurement at any place within a measuring range, in an optical displacement sensor. <P>SOLUTION: An optical displacement sensor 10 comprises: a light projection module 9; a light-receiving element 13 receiving reflection light from a measuring object 16 by light from the light projection module 9; and a light-receiving lens 14 positioned between the measuring object 16 and the light-receiving element 13, and imaging the reflection light on the light-receiving element 13. Positions reflecting light in the measuring object 16 are in a predetermined range W<SB POS="POST">1</SB>from a first position P<SB POS="POST">N1</SB>close to a light source 11 to a second position P<SB POS="POST">F1</SB>away from the light source 11, on an optical axis L<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of the light projection module 9. The light-receiving lens 14 is arranged so that an incident angle θ1 of the reflection light incident from the first position P<SB POS="POST">N1</SB>to the light-receiving lens 14 becomes same as an incident angle θ2 of the reflection light incident from the second position P<SB POS="POST">F1</SB>to the light-receiving lens 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
