<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate current control even in the case of widening a controllable charging current range in a current control circuit for detecting a current flowing to an MOS transistor for current control by a current mirror system and controlling a charging current. <P>SOLUTION: The current control circuit includes two or more sets each of MOS transistors for current control and current detection systems including a transistor for current detection current-mirror-connected with the transistor and current/voltage conversion means connected with it in series.
