<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uninstallation of an information leakage prevention program from being executed in a situation where an administrator does not grasp the uninstallation. <P>SOLUTION: A client computer 200 generates a challenge and response by using information unique to the client computer 200. The client computer 200 notifies a server computer 300 of the generated challenge and stores the generated response. The server computer 300 generates a response by using the same algorithm as the algorithm of the client computer 200 on the basis of the provided challenge and notifies the client computer 200 of the response. The client computer 200 compares the response with the stored one.
