摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cavitation occurrence in an internal gear type fluid apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Guide teeth 22 are formed in an outer rotor 16 by inner teeth 18, and a vane part 24 extending in a width direction is formed in a tooth tip 23 of each guide tooth 22. Further, guide teeth 32 are formed to an inner rotor 17 by outer teeth 19, and a vane part 34 extending in a width direction is formed in a tooth tip 33 of each guide tooth 32. In this manner, the vane parts 24 and 34 are formed in the outer rotor 16 and the inner rotor 17, and by adjusting, for example, thickness dimensions of the vane parts 24 and 34 without changing profiles of the guide teeth 22 and 32, confining timing at which confinement of oil is completed and release timing at which releasing oil is started can be synchronized with each other. Therefore, a pressure variation of a pumping chamber can be suppressed and the cavitation occurrence can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
