<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in ordinary flare machining, an outer casing containing a hard steel wire is obstructed by the hard steel wire exposed outside due to the melting of the resin component of the outer casing, thereby being hard to prepare a flare part and therefore attached with a casing cap by caulking and welding, resulting in the necessity for an increased number of working man-hours in producing the outer casing. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a control cable wherein the outer casing contains a plurality of hard steel wires having an axial length and has an outer diameter-extended part at its end, and the hard steel wire has an extension part extending outside from the outer casing at its end, the extension part being curved not to interrupt the insertion of an inner cable and the engagement of the outer casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
