<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new measuring device capable of accurately obtaining ankle impedance (elastic modulus and viscosity coefficient). <P>SOLUTION: The measuring device measures the ankle impedance of a subject 2 in a sitting attitude. The measuring device includes: a sitting plate 11 for receiving the hip part 2a of the subject 2 when the subject 2 sits; a footplate 12 which is configured so as to swing and rotate around a horizontally arranged rotary shaft 18, and on which the toe 2b of the subject 2 is to be placed; a drive source for imparting driving torque to the footplate 12 via the rotary shaft 18; a torque detection means for detecting torque applied to the footplate 12 during swing rotation; and an angle detection means for detecting the inclination angle of the footplate 12 during the swing rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
