<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for detecting a battery state that allow the battery, under discharging, to secure necessary charging capacity for operating a prescribed device, and to provide a battery power system. <P>SOLUTION: In the first step S21, a voltage drop calculation equation for calculating an amount of voltage drop ΔV from a stable voltage is formed. In the fourth step S24, a current stable voltage OCV of the battery is estimated, and in the fifth step S25, the amount of voltage drop ΔV is calculated. In the sixth step S26, a response voltage V is estimated by subtracting the amount of voltage drop ΔV from the stable voltage OCV. In the seventh step S27, if the response voltage V is determined to be close enough to an operation limit voltage Vth, it is determined that the response voltage V has reached the operation limit voltage Vth, and a prescribed load control is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
