摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for detecting a battery state that allow the battery, under discharging, to secure necessary charging capacity for operating a prescribed device, and to provide a battery power system. <P>SOLUTION: In the first step S21, a voltage drop calculation equation for calculating an amount of voltage drop &Delta;V from a stable voltage is formed. In the fourth step S24, a current stable voltage OCV of the battery is estimated, and in the fifth step S25, the amount of voltage drop &Delta;V is calculated. In the sixth step S26, a response voltage V is estimated by subtracting the amount of voltage drop &Delta;V from the stable voltage OCV.
