<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control device and a communication system capable of protecting information properly and reducing a user's burden associated with protection of information. <P>SOLUTION: With a communication control device and a communication system according to this invention, connection determination means determines whether at least one of communication devices registered by registration means, out of the communication devices to be connected by device connection means, is connected or not and, when the determination is affirmative, output permission means permits output of prespecified information to be protected to the connected communication device.
