<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine capable of using the same frame regardless of whether or not the lifting device of a counterweight device is installed and suppressing an increase in cost. <P>SOLUTION: The working machine so configured as to share a region (a receiving section 10) that receives the load of a counterweight device 30 and a receiving section (the receiving section 10) that receives the load of a counterweight device 40 with an elevating unit.
