The device has flexible cleaning claws (1) made of spring steel, and parallelly connected with one another in a comb-like manner over a holding frame (3) at a mounting package (2). The mounting package is secured over a pivot (4) at the holding frame. The holding frame is secured to tractor axles, where the device is switched on and off by a pinch mechanism and pressed in a connected state of a tire tread when the device is driven forward. The mounting package is narrower than tractor tires (6) for about 3-5 inches.
