<p>The invention discloses the architecture of client-side virtualization, utilizing the techniques of differential bi-directional synchronization of layered data and closed computing, as an extension to virtual desktop infrastructure. Both the client and server run a virtual machine monitor on top of which user application data, system data, personal application, group application, and guest operating system are layered independently. Layer independence is achieved by system data redirection, cache acceleration, and application composing / decomposing method. The client can be securely protected via the push-OS concept, security links, and closed computing services, including virtual machine subscription management control and network resource control services.</p> |
