PURPOSE: A transportable speed-bump capable of the over-speed of a vehicle is provided to minimize damage to the surface of a road in construction and deconstruction process. CONSTITUTION: A transportable speed-bump capable of the over-speed of a vehicle comprises a body portion(110) and a plurality of settling portion. The body portion is made of a soft rubber material. A groove is formed in the top surface of the body portion. A plurality of grooves is expanded along the width direction of the body portion. |
