<p>PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily sift vacuum energy by adopting ionic polymer in an electronics extract layer. CONSTITUTION: A hole extract layer(102) is formed on a first electrode(101). A photoactive layer(104) is formed on the hole extract layer. An electronics extract layer(106) is formed on the photoactive layer. The electronics extract layer comprises polar polymer. The thickness of the electronics extract is 0.1 to 10nm. A second electrode(108) is formed on the electronics extract layer. A dipole moment of the polar polymer is more than 1.0debye. One side of the electronics extract layer is contacted to one side of the second electrode. The hole extract layer catches a hole created in the photoactive layer and transfers the hole to the first electrode.</p> |
