<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside handle attachment structure of an automobile, which prevents a door from being opened at a lateral collision and which can obtain the degree of freedom of design and layout of a component member. <P>SOLUTION: An inside handle attachment structure of an automobile comprises a door trim 12 in which an opening 16 is opened, and an inside handle unit 11 in which an inside handle 13 disposed in the state of being embedded in the opening 16 of the door trim 12 and an inside handle case 15 disposed in the state of closing the opening 16 of the door trim 12 are integrated together. A guiding portion 21 for guiding the inside handle unit 11 to a position on the outside of a vehicle interior, which is not engaged with the door trim 12, at a lateral collision is provided on the backside of the door trim 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
