REFLECTION LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE, ACTIVE-MATRIX REFLECTION BOARD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of dishing while using copper for a wiring layer and forming a shielding layer with copper.

SOLUTION: A switching semiconductor element is formed correspondingly for each of a plurality of pixels on a semiconductor substrate. First and second copper wiring layers are arranged on the semiconductor substrate. An aluminum reflective electrode layer is arranged on the first and second copper wiring layers. The wiring and the shielding layer are patterned from the copper wiring layer. A plurality of first and second openings are formed on each of the first and second shielding layers. The first and second openings are arranged without overlapping each other in two directions in a plan view.
