<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return contents inputted to a setting value field into contents inputted before, when a cancel button is pressed. <P>SOLUTION: When a cancel button is selected on a setting screen, a printer 30 uses setting screen data D1 already supplied to a PC 10 and causes the PC 10 to display a setting screen in which a setting value V1 is displayed in a setting field in place of a change value V2. Furthermore, when a cancel button is selected on an error screen, after a CPU 32 determines the change value V2 as an inappropriate value, by using the setting screen data D1 supplied again from the printer 30 to the PC 10, the PC 10 is caused to display a setting screen in which the setting value V1 is displayed in the setting field in place of the change value V2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
