<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method capable of relieving a load of a power system when a plurality of apparatuses intermittently use electric power in a circuit having limited power capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a first electrical apparatus capable of intermittently using electric power from a power bus; a second electrical apparatus capable of intermittently using electric power from a power bus; and means for detecting when the second electrical apparatus intermittently uses electric power.
