<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption and to minimize variation of accuracy between a creasing position and each processing position. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet processing apparatus includes a plurality of post-processing means, one of the post-processing means includes a correction means correcting the alignment of a sheet, and a creasing means that forms a crease on the sheet corrected by the correcting means. When the post-processing means is a punching mechanism part, the creasing processing is performed by a creasing mechanism 500 on the sheet corrected in the alignment by the correction mechanism of the punching mechanism part. The creasing mechanism 500 can be provided to a binding mechanism or a folding mechanism in place of the punching mechanism part, and the creasing processing can be performed to the sheet corrected by the sheet alignment correction mechanism of each mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
