<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve inspection accuracy while suppressing cost. <P>SOLUTION: An illumination unit 25 is provided to a rod member 23 of a scope body 21 and a reflector plate 27 is provided on an end part 28 of the scope body 21. A light reception window 31 is formed on an insertion shaft 26 positioned between the illumination unit 25 and the reflector plate 27. In inspection, the end part 28 of the scope body 21 is inserted into an intake port or an exhaust port 12, 13 until the light reception window 31 faces to a clearance X, and light is irradiated from the illumination unit 25 towards the end part 28 of the scope body 21. This light is irradiated onto a port inner wall surface 33 of the intake port or the exhaust port 12, 13 through the reflector plate 27. Since the port inner wall surface 33 is illuminated from the inside of the intake port or the exhaust port 12, 13 with a simple structure, the inspection accuracy can be improved while suppressing the cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
