<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing efficiency of a rotation sensor. <P>SOLUTION: Magnetoresistive elements 51 are respectively mounted on a plurality of lead frames 30 of a member 70 in which the plurality of lead frames 30 are supported by a supporting member 71. For each of the lead frames 30, the magnetoresistive element 51 and the lead frame 30 are disposed in a space of a permanent magnet 20 having a U-shaped cross section. The permanent magnet 20, the lead frame 30, and the magnetoresistive element 51 are covered by mold resin for each of the lead frames 30. Then, the plurality of lead frames 30 are respectively separated from the supporting member 71 to obtain a plurality of rotation sensors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
