<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear insoles that can be used for footwear such as men's shoes, women's shoes and sneakers, that can create excellent feel of wear in the footwear, and that can also provide a wearer a moderate therapeutic point stimulation effect. <P>SOLUTION: The footwear insole includes: a body 2 made of resin foam formed in a shape of a foot; an outer core member 3 that extends from an arch corresponding part 3a of the body 2 in a manner surrounding the periphery of a heel corresponding part and that is made of resin foam harder than the body 2; a metatarsal bone pad 4 that is arranged in the metatarsal bone corresponding part in the center of the body 2 and that is made of resin foam harder than the body 2; and a covering member 5 covering the body 2 and at least the circumference of the outer core member 3. In one embodiment, the body 2 and the outer core member 3 are made of ethylene-vinyl acetate resin foam and the arch corresponding part 3a of the outer core member 3 is designed to have a shape bulging according to the recess of the arch.
