<p>A laterally-adjusted automatic solar energy tracking device. The top portion of each of two support posts (4, 13) is affixed to a north-south shaft (3). The support posts (4, 13) connect to a sunlight collector rack (2) by means of the north-south shaft (3). A light strength signal collector (1) is mounted on the top surface of the sunlight collector rack (2). A worm and worm wheel drive mechanism (7) and controller (8) are mounted at the bottom portion of the two support posts (4, 13). The output force of the worm and worm wheel drive mechanism (7) is borne by a lift rod (6). The lift rod (6) is externally provided with a sleeve (5) that is extendable. The top end of external portion of the sleeve (5) of the lift rod (6) is provided with a hinged loop. The lift rod (6) is connected to the side of the sunlight collector rack (2) by means of a joint bearing (22) and a thrust bearing (21). The bottom end of the lift rod (6) is disposed in an oil reservoir (10). The bottom surface of the worm and worm wheel drive mechanism (7) is fixed to a base (11). The laterally-adjusted automatic solar energy tracking device consumes little energy, is stable, has anti-windstorm capabilities, has precision control, and is light in weight and low in cost.</p> |
