The bicycle has swivel bearings arranged in proximity of terminal points of a frame, which is provided in a parallelogram form. The bearings are swingably defined in a common plane around an axis, and a diagonal connection is provided within the frame. A retainer is rigidly secured at the frame and positively and detachably inserted into a guide sleeve and a receiving sleeve. A front wheel includes a front wheel fork removably formed in its extension over a threaded spindle (26). A handlebar shaft (15) of a bicycle handlebar is firmly connected with a handlebar boundary (16).
