The electric circuit has inductive memory element (L) and inductive capacitive element (C) that are connected to direct current (DC) power source (U0) via switching element (S1). The inductive capacitive element is connected to load (Rload) via switching element (S2). The switching elements are operated by inducing exceeding voltage (UC) which is 1.41 times of voltage of DC power source, to capacitive element at preset time. An independent claim is included for method for operating electric circuit.
