The pipe has a rotary deflector dividing water-full jet leaving a nozzle into deflected and non-deflected fragments. The deflected fragments are bypassed and sprayed behind the deflector in a primary jet direction. An impeller (6) rotates behind a nozzle (4). Blades (5) of the impeller cut in the jet. The deflected fragments blows up a deflection wall (8), which deflects the deflected fragments in a primary shooting direction of the nozzle. The non deflected fragments are ahead closed. A hand brake (14) blocks the impeller in a position.
