The housing (1) i.e. splash guard housing, has a pressure equalizing unit (3) arranged in a wall (9) of the housing. The pressure equalizing unit is integrally formed as an impermeable or partially resilient deformable thin layer membrane (6) into the wall. The thin layer membrane forms a section of the wall as an outer wall and includes a concentric shaft profile, where the thin layer membrane is formed in disk shape. An external periphery of the thin layer membrane is welded with the wall of the housing, where the thin layer membrane is formed from polyamide.
