Disclosed are a method, system and relevant device for data scheduling, which can effectively improve the multiplexing degree of a packet radio channel and the success rate of packet radio access. The method of the embodiments of the present invention comprises: acquiring, by a terminal, a time feature of a downlink radio block and a USF allocated to the terminal, wherein the time feature of the downlink radio block is used for indicating that the terminal needs to detect a downlink radio block of the USF; receiving a downlink radio block sent by a network side device over a downlink PDCH; and judging whether the USF included in the downlink radio block is identical to that allocated to the terminal itself when receiving a downlink radio block complying with the time feature, and if they are identical, then sending uplink data or signalling over an uplink PDCH corresponding to the downlink PDCH. Also provided are a system and relevant device for data scheduling. The multiplexing degree of the packet radio channel and the success rate of packet radio access can be improved by the embodiments of the present invention. |
