PURPOSE: A silt protector for an underwater installation work in a deep water level and an installation method thereof using an arm-shaped anchor are provided to remarkably reduce installation costs by simplifying an underwater work. CONSTITUTION: A silt protector for an underwater installation work in a deep water level comprises a membrane(10), a floating body(20), and support wires(31,32,33). The floating body is connected to the top of the membrane and is floated on a water surface. The support wires are coupled to the top, bottom, and middle parts of both ends of the membrane and are connected to each other through connectors(70). Reinforcing plates(40) with connection rings(41) for connecting the support wires are formed in the membrane.
