<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable tag information for a content to be processed and to be transmitted to a recording/reproducing device, and enable time deviation in the tag information to be easily corrected when the recording/reproducing device uses the tag information. <P>SOLUTION: A recording/reproducing device can perform reproduction of a content's tag based on tag information.
