<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable hard winding up by effectively eliminating an accompanied wind because the suction pressure can be raised lest the film be fluttered even in a method to eliminate the accompanied wind by a suction nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: A wind-up device 10 that winds up a running film 12 on a wind-up shaft 18 to form a winding roll 28 is provided with a suction nozzle 32, which not only wounds to support the running film 12 at a predetermined or higher surface pressure but also sucks air from a triangular space part 36 at the predetermined or higher suction pressure, in the triangular space part 36 formed between the wound and supported film face and the winding roll 28 face making the wind-up starting point the summit.
