<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house scrap materials in accumulation regions, respectively, without trouble, even in an accumulation device having only one control system, in a blanking apparatus in which two or more sorts of the scrap materials are ejected simultaneously to the accumulation device. <P>SOLUTION: Inclined plates 30, 60 to make scrap materials S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>slip down in a direction approximately orthogonal to the transfer direction a of a belt-like steel sheet X, are provided below a lower blank die 16 which constitutes a press blank apparatus 12. While stoppers 38, 40 are provided in the inclined plate 30, stoppers 68, 70 are provided in the inclined plate 60, and by making these stoppers protrude from the inclined plane at a desired timing, the scrap material S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>or S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>slipping down the inclined plane is once caught. Thus, the scrap materials S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are made to reach the outlet end of the inclined plates 30 and 60, thereby making it possible to house simultaneously the scrap materials S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and S<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in accumulation regions P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of an accumulation device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
