<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decorative panel from being taken off by the pressure applied by an airbag when the airbag is inflated and deployed to a distal end portion of a protruding portion formed at the decorative panel, and to prevent the airbag from being caught on the distal end portion of the protruding portion. <P>SOLUTION: A decorative panel 34 provided at an instrument panel 12 includes the protruding portion 84 that is engaged with an engagement hole 86 of an airbag door 24, in a state in which the distal end portion 84A protrudes from the rear surface 24B of the airbag door 24, and a door decorative portion 78 that is formed integrally with the protruding portion 84 and attached to a front surface 24A of the airbag door 24 by engaging the protruding portion 84 with the engagement hole 86. Meanwhile, a protective plate 36 that includes a protective portion 104 covering the distal end portion 84A of the protruding portion 84 from the airbag 32 side is provided at a rear surface 24B of the airbag door 24.
