<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: a mobile terminal is associated with equipment via a server based on equipment identifying information and input operation by a user; and when there are a plurality of television sets at home and when association between the mobile terminal and the television set having the nearest distance from the mobile terminal among the television sets is performed only by positional information, identifying the nearest equipment fails depending on a method of acquiring position information. <P>SOLUTION: A sever 101 confirms positional information of a mobile terminal 103, living room equipment 106, bedroom equipment 107 and other district equipment 109 to identify equipment within the same region as the mobile terminal 103. Thereafter the server determines an operation command in consideration of the status of the identified equipment, instructs the identified equipment to wait for a command and notifies the mobile terminal of a command which is presented to a user. The mobile terminal presents the command to the user, and the equipment in a waiting state for a command notifies the server of the acceptance upon receiving a correct command from the user, thereby associating the mobile terminal with the identified equipment via the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
