<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite winding electronic component in which noise can be reduced without degrading the essential performance of a coil by reducing the parasitic inductance. <P>SOLUTION: The composite winding electronic component has an external terminal between an input terminal and an output terminal. A coil and an impedance element are connected in series via the external terminal. The coil and the impedance element are formed by winding a wire around a core.
