<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure smooth rolling of balls by preventing interference between the balls when a nut is lowered in such a use state where an axial direction of a ball screw is directed in the vertical direction. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical ball feeding member 5 is provided between a curved path 41 provided at a lower side and a straight line path 11. The ball feeding member 5 includes a claw 56 divided into four in a circumferential direction by forming cutouts at a distal end 52 of a cylindrical body. A protrusion 56a causing an inner diameter of a distal end to be smaller than the diameter of the ball 3 is formed on an inner surface of the claw 56. The ball 3 moving down from the straight line path 11 temporarily stops on the protrusion 56a of the claw 56 of the ball feeding member 5. The ball 3 is then fed out to the curved path 41 by restoration force after the claw 56 is elastically deformed and opened outward by the weight of the ball 3.
