[Problem] To provide a medicine box dispensing apparatus which can replenish medicine boxes in a state in which medicine boxes are arranged in parallel. [Solution] A medicine box dispensing apparatus (10) comprises: an accommodating/dispensing device (20) which can accommodate medicine boxes and dispense a medicine box for each prescription; a filling device (30) which can fill the accommodating/dispensing device (20) with the medicine boxes; and a replenishment device (70) which can replenish the filling device (30) with the medicine boxes. The replenishment device (70) comprises: a replenishment medicine box placement unit which can place the medicine boxes therein in a parallel state; and a transfer mechanism which can transfer the medicine boxes placed in the replenishment medicine box placement unit to a filling rack while the parallel state of the medicine boxes is maintained. In addition, the filling rack (32) comprises: a filling medicine box placement unit which can place, therein in a parallel state, the medicine boxes transferred from the replenishment device (70); and a filling mechanism which can transfer the medicine boxes placed in the filling medicine box placement unit toward a medicine box passage one by one so as to fill the medicine box passage with the medicine boxes.
